How do I provide my dental impressions?
Once you place an order, we ship a professional-grade impression kit to your door. Simply follow the included instructions to create your mold and mail it back to our London studio using the pre-paid label.
What materials are used in London Grillz products?
We use only premium materials including solid 10k, 14k, and 18k gold, as well as surgical-grade stainless steel. All our stones are hand-set VVS cubic zirconia or ethically sourced natural diamonds.
How long does it take to receive my custom grillz?
Standard production time is 7-14 business days from the moment we receive your dental impressions. Shipping times vary by location, but we offer tracked express delivery worldwide.
Can I eat or drink while wearing my grillz?
We strongly recommend removing your grillz before eating, drinking, or smoking to prevent tarnishing and to maintain the longevity of the metal and stones.
What is your return policy on custom items?
Due to the highly personalized nature of custom-made grillz, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. However, we guarantee a perfect fit and will provide one free adjustment if your piece does not fit as expected.
